When logged into KODA, users navigate around the site using the horizontal dashboard along the bottom of their browser’s window. The initial release included a Suggestions page, Messages page, and Bookmarks page. The Suggestions page showcases profiles that KODA’s recommendation engine thinks a specific user may find interesting. As users explore the site, they are able to send messages or bookmark profiles for future viewing. Incoming and outgoing messages are stored on the Messages page. Additionally, individuals have the capability of “waving” at an organization that they would like to stay in contact with; employers are notified of these “waves” on their Suggestions page.
