ClubHouse: Team Collaboration Made Simple

From week to week the main function of an amateur sports club is getting its teams out to play. Clubhouse is a free service that facilitates everything this entails.

Clubhouse instantly simplifies team selection by focusing on the day rather than the match. Players state whether they are available for a day rather than each match. This stems from the convention that a player should not assume that he is going to be selected for a certain team, and thus at a stroke avoids any club politics. A player can, however, choose to watch certain teams which interest him. This allows him to disregard matches which are irrelevant to him, for example a senior player doesn’t need to make himself available for junior matches. This allows Clubhouse to be used across the club, with players watching the teams for which they may be selected. Fundamentally, though, a player makes himself available for the day, and thus the club.
